What kind of media institution might distribute your media product and why?

Although NME and my magazine are similar and this is why I chose this company, I believe that my magazine is different enough for it to not clash too much with NME but still benefit from being its sister magazine

    If you think your magazine is so similar to NME would there not be a clash of interests between NME and your magazine?
